Executive coaching has become an integral component of leadership development initiatives in a significant percentage of American corporations. Coaching has become an important and recognized development strategy because it works, as experienced by our clients and as documented by a number of studies on coaching effectiveness. The executive achieves greater success by working with their coach than he or she would achieve on their own. 

Executive coaching is the collaboration between a businessperson and the executive coach with the purpose of helping the individual overcome challenges, improve performance and productivity, and further develop leadership skills. The focus is on accelerating the individual’s growth to positively impact both the leader's and their organization’s performance and profitability.

The coaching we provide is a semi-structured process of support, development, and insights. It is highly customized to the needs and vision of the individual. We work with effective questioning, ideas, feedback, honesty, confidentiality, and inspiration. 



The executive coach assists the individual in defining and achieving their goals and vision. We develop a partnership of trust and commitment. We discuss where you are and where you would ideally like to be. We assess strengths and challenges, and highlight strengths. The coach facilitates your initiatives as you develop a plan, discuss strategies, set goals, focus on priorities, and work the plan. We meet regularly, preferably face-to-face, to encourage, motivate, challenge, and support.
